30 Days Return Warranty

At our embroidery store, we take immense pride in the quality of our products and uphold rigorous quality control standards. To provide you with utmost peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 30-day Return Policy. Defective merchandise is eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. Defects encompass issues such as stains, zipper malfunctions, rips or tears, use of subpar materials, noticeable color disparities, and significant deviations between the photographed product and the item actually received.

I. Return Process

Should you encounter any problems upon receiving your item, kindly reach out to our customer service via email at

For a swift and seamless warranty process:

1. Provide us with your order number and a detailed description of the product issue.
2. Attach clear pictures that showcase the problem.

Once we receive your complaint email, our customer service team will respond within 24 hours. We advise against sending products directly to the address on the package. Please follow the return address provided by our customer service for any valid returns or exchanges.

II. Return Guidelines

You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery (no handling fee). Our friendly customer service team is here to assist you. Simply contact us and include your order number along with an explanation of the problem or reason for the return in your email.

For a successful return:

1. Ensure the product you're returning is in the same condition as when it was sent, with tags intact.
2. The item should not have been worn or washed.

We take responsibility for or partly responsible for the following defects within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunctions, rips or tears, inferior quality materials, noticeable color disparities, and significant deviations from the photographed product.

Please note that we cannot accommodate returns or indemnities based on incorrect sizing due to personal reasons. We can only process returns once we have received all necessary information. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Promotional items are not eligible for exchange or return.

III. Exchange & Refund

Upon receiving your returned items, we guarantee a refund. Unfortunately, we're presently unable to facilitate exchanges. You can return the item to us and place a new order for your desired item.

Note: If the return is due to consumer choice, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee, based on the chosen express company. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not required to cover shipping fees.

IV. Shipping Fee

Customlikes is not responsible for return shipping fees in the following cases:

1. Incorrect sizing choice.
2. Customer's subjective preferences or dissatisfaction with the item.
